Can you connect to the internet? Have what may seem to be a 'simple' problem? In a hurry? Remote help just might be for you.

Before utilizing remote help you need to call 629-3583

Click on the above link to download - you will then see

Click "Save"

You will now be asked where you want to save the file to - the desktop is the best bet

The file is not very big (265 KB) & takes less than 3 seconds to download on a broadband connection.

After the download finishes - you may see this box

If you have the box "Close this dialog box..." ticked you won't see this. Otherwise - just click "Close"

Now - go back to your desktop - you should see a new icon there that looks like this

Double click on this icon & you should get the following warning

From here click "Run"

The Remote Help Desk window will now appear

You will need to double click on the text area that reads:

"Connect to Pender PC Help Desk"

This will connect you to the Pender PC Remote Help Desk.
